We had to stay at the hotel for a few days. One day, we saw a mouse run from a cabinet to under the dishwasher. They moved us to another room. But, on day 3 there we noticed cockroaches and bed bugs all over the room. So glad to leave. There were no apologies. So disappointed. Never have I had such an experience with any of their properties

Good First Impression

The room itself was impressive but on further inspection, a bit rundown. The bathroom door has some weird markings on it, like the hotel tore something off the door but never proceeded to fix the ugliness of it. Also, the tub was VERY slow in draining as we took showers. To me that is gross & they never resolved it. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. It was great to have the living room area in a different location than in the room area. We also had a small kitchenette with many utensils and glasses/mugs.

Easy to get into Boston and to the airport. Needed a last minute place to stay and this worked great for us. Staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent. The pool left a little to be desired and the trains going by with their horns was a bit much but it was great overall.

Chelsea, MA felt like home away from home!

Really wonderful place! On a personal note l would have preferred a bathtub but l know that’s not the norm. Our fridge made a plunking noise that l assumed was the ice maker and l turned it off; but it continued. My 74 yo husband would have liked to have an attraction guide in the room but that’s old school. I think 30 dollars for parking is pretty steep because we stayed 6 nights. Maybe consider a discount? Beds were very comfy and we liked that we could open the windows.
