Good staff, but Expedia lists this as a 4-star hotel, this wouldn't be 4 stars in Europe much less the United States. It's not dingy or terrible or anything like that, it's just not a 4 star hotel. There are a litany of reasons why primarily oriented around poor room layout, poor bathroom layout, strange choices around wiring (ZERO plugs near the bed, only plugs were against the wall by the window 10 feet from the bed/night stands, the lights on the nightstand were plugged into sockets blocked by the bed and you could not move the bed to use them. The bathroom shower looked nice until you got into it and found that the had was turned as far towards the middle as it would go but you still had to put your left shoulder on the inner wall to get the water on your face - it was VERY strange. Things are a little dilapidated, but in a quirky way that doesn't stand out poorly, one poor elevator, one normal one. Honestly it's 3 stars at best but in a good area and with a good staff. Would not stay here again and I'm not picky at all, but if I'm going to pay for 4 stars...
