Check-in on the 17th floor was seamless and genuinely warm, setting the tone for an exceptional stay the second we arrived. The butler service was outstanding—anticipating needs before we even had to ask and handling everything from dining reservations to special requests with quiet precision and grace. The food and cocktails throughout the property were exceptional. Every venue felt elevated, but breakfast at the Long Bar deserves special mention—beautifully prepared, thoughtful, and a perfect start to each day. Housekeeping was next-level: stealthy, meticulous, and almost invisible. The suite was always immaculate without ever feeling disrupted. Evening turndown service was equally impressive—elegant, comforting, and perfectly timed, making coming back to the room feel like returning to a private sanctuary. The amenities throughout the hotel are world-class, from wellness to in-room comforts, and the concierge team made securing reservations and experiences in Boston effortless. If you’re considering whether the suites are worth it—absolutely invest in them. The space, privacy, service, and elevated experience take an already incredible hotel to another level entirely.
