Great location! Our AC was broken throughout our stay and they never gave us a heads up. They did send someone to fix it but it ended up staying broken. Other than it being super hot at night it was great, could easily walk to Fenway and other fun places.

The room is small, without a chair and the bed's overhead reading light didn't work. Thin small bath towels, spotty television service, and lack of trash pickup as advertised made the visit less pleasant. Location is good, parking was difficult to find.
