Our concerns began when our Uber driver advised us that the hotel was in a very bad neighborhood and did not recommend going outside. While it advertises a restaurant and lounge it is a small Cuban restaurant who paid no attention to us when we walked. We booked another hotel in a safer neighborhood. While we lost our money, we took comfort in knowing we would be safe

This is a perfect hotel for our needs. My family had surgery at Boston Medical Center (BMC), and this option was a LIFESAVER! I'm so thankful it was an affordable, practical, and convenient option for us. We felt the property to be clean and well-maintained, and having friendly, knowledgeable staff was great!! Overall had a nice stay, enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. The only downside was the toilet ran all night and the heater was quite loud which lead to not so peaceful sleep but those could be easily remedied.

There was a security guard at the front of the building who was extremely helpful in helping us with our bags and getting our car parked. Room was very nice. This is our second or 3rd time stay at this hotel. The staff at the desk when checking in seems very uninterested in you as a customer.
