"We enjoyed the spacious clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The only thing we disliked was the choice of food at the happy hour. We were there 4 nights. Only one night had cheese and crackers. All other nights it was Chex mix and dried up vegetables and dip. It would have been nice if there had been a meat option such as chicken fingers or wings."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Issue #1: Lack of Housekeeping The room was not cleaned even once during our two-night stay. The towels were not replaced, and the trash can was never emptied. This was the first time we have ever experienced a hotel where no housekeeping service was provided during our stay. In addition, because the hotel operates contactlessly, there was no staff available in the lobby to address our concerns. Issue #2: Bugs in the Bed During our stay, we were bitten by bugs while sleeping and woke up with numerous bites on our bodies. On the first day, we found a small dead brown bug on the bed. On the morning of the second day, because we suspected there were bugs in the bed, we carefully searched the comforter and bedding and found two more bugs, which we killed. We took photographs of the dead bug as well as the stains on the comforter. We chose this hotel because many reviews described it as a romantic destination. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and left us with unpleasant memories rather than the relaxing experience we had expected."

"This was my mom second time here at this establishment. She had a great time the first time but this time rebooking her for almost $200 room for her birthday wasn’t pleasant. The rooms door (Suite Compassion) are pretty close room another so you may hear someone if you’re listening closely. My mom wasn’t even offered at least a birthday card not saying that’s mandatory at all but it would have been a nice touch especially driving a distance here What really disappointed my mom was when she received a text from, Sarah, front dest instructing to turn OFF the TV because the neighbor was having a hard time sleeping. I definitely understand especially in QUIET resort. She’s not a child, she’s an adult and she should have been addressed nicely but lowering the volume which my mom left the tv on in the room when she left. I can definitely understand how anything that would be for a neighbor if the volume was up. We paid to use the amenities that is included in the fee but to tell someone to turn it off. Sound ruthless Beautiful area and definitely quiet enough to hear a pen drop."
