## THE ACCOMMODATION
Make yourself at home in this elegant duplex flat, completely renovated and located on the ground floor of a character building in the heart of Bordeaux city centre. Nestled in a prestigious address, it combines modern comforts with a warm atmosphere for an unforgettable stay.
On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful living space with a convivial lounge and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A separate toilet completes this level. There's also a courtyard where you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine in a peaceful setting.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a fixed double bed and storage space, the other with a folding double bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
## DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4.50 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.
