Appartement certainement idéal pour les saisons d’automne hiver mais infernal lorsqu’il fait chaud. Dernier étage sous les toits donc, pas de Clim, un ventilateur pour le fun et pas de possibilité d’aérer comme il faut. Literie très moyenne, et pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants bref par manque de choix nous nous sommes arrêtés sur celui ci. Mais on ne nous y reprendra plus ! Après, c’est un appart effectivement ultra bien situé dans un très bel immeuble bordelais. Des améliorations pour le rendre plus attractif !

This should not be a booking.com listing

There is a very distinct difference between booking.com and other accomodation apps and sites. The useability of booking.com is to find a place pay and have everything run smoothly from one stop shop. This place was absolutely not that. After I paid quite a substantial sum never bothering to read the fine print as for 7 years using booking.com I never had to, this apartment then send you a private email and message where you have to pay for the cleaning fee in ADVANCE, a deposit blocked on your credit card of €250 and a SERVICE FEE of €3.50 for using this very method of payment. It is absolutely ludicrous!!! They wouldn't book me in and allow me in if I didn't fill in this form after having paid €163 directly already on booking.com. No one wants to find things out after they pay...no one wants to service fee even if they are a small amount because booking.com is the facility for this very purpose to cut out the middle man. The apartment it self did not even half any hand soup...or a full roll of toilet paper. So in the end after paying over €220 for just two short nights, I could have stayed in a Hotel for that price with much better service and facilities without waiting or having to buy my own hand soup. Not worth for short stays for sure!

Le canapé lit est plus qu'inconfortable, il est vraiment URGENT de le changer. Sur 2 ventilateurs, un seul fonctionne en sachant qu'il faisait une chaleur accablante. Il faudrait également embaucher un berger pour qu'il regroupe les moutons qui sont sous les meubles et canapé - alors que l'on paye pour le ménage !!!! c'est quand même hallucinant. De plus, la télévision ne fonctionne pas et pour l'EURO de foot c'est quand même ballot !!!!!!

L'accueil fait par Mathieu à été très chaleureux et très professionnel. L'appartement étant au 5 ème étage, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de l'ascenseur, et malheureusement une personne avait de gros problèmes de santé pour monter les étages. L'appartement était propre mais avec quelques défauts comme : lave- vaisselle en panne , la porte du placard de la salle de bain cassée la télévision hors service, et pas de local poubelles. Le point positif est la localisation en plein centre de Bordeaux et au calme (mais attention en plein été car il n'y a pas la clim) Merci à Mathieu de nous avoir aidé à monter les bagages (dommage.. il n'était pas là pour le départ)

L'appartement est très bien situé et on a une carte pour le parking c'est top Par contre quitter le logement a 10h c'est un peu tôt pour un dimanche On a failli ne pas pouvoir sortir sans payer du parking car il faut passer signer le mandat Je suis restée bloquée dans les toilettes et pas d éponge propre et de produit vaisselle J'espère que ces remarques seront prises en compte pour le bien être des prochains visiteurs
