The worst hotel I’ve known!!!!

I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her country on a table picked up her bag!!! Too much terrible hotel!!! Had better to not stay!!! If you would stay at this hotel, probably they must check your stuff! Be careful!!!!

SincĂšrement il ne faut ĂȘtre ni grand ni fort... Le petit-dĂ©jeuner : pas de cafĂ© : distributeur en panne : solution dosettes de nescafĂ© dans notre voiture et de l eau chaude Ă  l hĂŽtel...
