The worst hotel I’ve known!!!!

I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her country on a table picked up her bag!!! Too much terrible hotel!!! Had better to not stay!!! If you would stay at this hotel, probably they must check your stuff! Be careful!!!!

Je remercie beaucoup Bastien qui était à l'accueil le soir de mon arrivée mais aussi au petit-déjeuner tôt. Il savait que j'étais dans la région pour un marathon, et il m'a gentiment proposé un petit-déjeuner offert (je ne l'avais pas réservé) avec la délicate attention que je sois en forme pour la course. C'est un petit geste mais qui fait énormément plaisir, non pas pour le gain mais pour le côté humain et chaleureux. Indépendamment de cette anecdote, la chambre était très bien. Je recommande donc.

Chambre un peu fraîche à notre arrivée. On déplore le manque de distributeur automatique de boissons et denrées pour les petites faims. Personnel de service un peu bruyant… Salle de bain mal conçue, et il faut être au dessus du wc pour atteindre un pseudo lavabo qui n’est autre qu’un lave-mains.

Taille des sanitaires improbable... les toilettes 10cm... devant l ouverture de la douche et en travers du mini lavabo. Résultat : il faut laisser la porte de la douche ouverte pour que les genoux passent... et même espace pour contourner le wc et se laver les dents au mini lavabo. Sincèrement il ne faut être ni grand ni fort... Le petit-déjeuner : pas de café : distributeur en panne : solution dosettes de nescafé dans notre voiture et de l eau chaude à l hôtel... Sinon pas de fruits dommage. J ai réservé une nuit le mois prochain... j hésite...
