Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with other apartments, this 35 m² air-conditioned apartment is ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends (3 adult beds and a baby cot available – see photos). Since 2026, the sofa bed has been replaced by a real single bed for added comfort.



Perfect for short, long, or business stays, the apartment is in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall, and courthouse. You can easily explore the city while enjoying the apartment’s peaceful atmosphere.



The living area combines lounge and bedroom with a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi, and storage. At night, it becomes a bedroom with two thick 90 cm x 2 m beds and a single bed.



The bathroom has a shower, sink, soap, and hairdryer, with separate toilets.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and several coffee makers—everything you need to prepare meals.

Wir mussten zuerst den Schmutz von den vorherigen Urlaubern entfernen. Alles war schmuddelig, die Griffe in der Küche klebrig, die Besteckschublade voller Krümel und abgebrochener Plastikteile, das Waschbecken dreckig und ohne Stöpsel, die Küchentür kaputt und ohne Griffe, das einzige Küchenhandtuch total löchrig. Das Eisfach war total vereist. Das eine Bettlaken war zu klein und rutschte immer von der Matratze. Die Fenster waren so schmutzig, dass man kaum raussehen konnte. Die Brause in der Dusche total verkalkt. Im und unter dem Teppich klebten Krümel und ekelhafte Haare.Alles in allem ein ziemlich herunterkommenes Apartment, was den Mietpreis in keinster Weise rechtfertigte. Wer ein paar schöne Tage in Bordeaux verbringen möchte, sollte dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall meiden.
