Our stay was cut short due to a medical emergency with my husband but the staff were amazing and helped look after my needs. It’s a shame we didn’t get to enjoy the full facilities but would highly recommend. It’s a lovely hotel in the centre of Bordeaux

Location, location, location. Easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Quiet, clean rooms. Awesome staff!! I had a great experience here last summer, returned this July and have already booked again for August! Really appreciate the extensive breakfast variety. The outside of the building and the downstairs public areas are beautiful and the hotel's location is excellent. The 'Comfort Rooms' are very small and dark and have no view other than the windows of other rooms. Air con was good but a small fridge would have been nice to store water etc.

Our stay at Hotel Grand Francais was fantastic. One of the most underrated elements was that there was an amazing cocktail bar associated with the Hotel that was standout. The location felt very secure, was convenient to a ton of restaurants. The room was very clean and service was great. The breakfast spread was also delicious. Cafes and restaurants seemed to open quite late, so would recommend taking advantage of the breakfast. Would absolutely stay again when in Bordeaux!
