Gîte de Mathalin - Saint-selve

Ideally located in the Graves vineyards, a stone's throw from the Sauternes region and the Pessac-Léognan vineyards, 25 km from the splendid city of Bordeaux and not far from the ocean beaches and great lakes, this accommodation will charm you for a stay of a few days or weeks. Housed in the winery of an unusual 17th-century estate, completely renovated with respect for the period but in a contemporary style, it has been carefully designed with comfort in mind. On the ground floor, it comprises a large 30m² living room with a DVD/Blu-ray player and full-HD TV, a fully equipped 15m² kitchen with granite countertops and a large French window opening onto the terrace. Upstairs, there is a large 18m² bedroom (queen-size bed), a 12m² bedroom (two single beds), and a magnificent bathroom. This cottage features a private garden of approximately 300m² and an exotic wood terrace. The bright rooms all overlook the enclosed, private, and very quiet garden. Dogs are welcome under certain conditions, but cats are not permitted. Bed linens are provided, and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available. A cleaning deposit will be required (€85 for one-week stays and €150 for stays of two weeks or more). Gas central heating and tourist tax are not included. The cottage adjoins the owners' home and is very quiet. Access to the cottage is via the property's grounds. Parking is available in the grounds.
