Staff was extremely courteous and helpful - top notch. The room was clean and overall the property was clean and well kept. It is, however, starting to show just a bit of age/wear, and with some fairly minor attention to detail and maintenance capex expenditures, I think this could look like an extremely clean and well kept facility.

Great place to stay and affordable, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The parking is not ideal because it shares a parking lot with a sister hotel. There’s sometimes limited parking that fills up quick.

1st day— kitchen ran out of meat but luckily a truck came in. The fireplace didn’t work, don’t know if it’s the remote or not. Two jets weren’t working in jacuzzi but unknown if the knobs were pushed in or out. Two broken clothes hangers. Don’t know if housekeeping staff is aware. The refrigerator made noise when it was turned up to 7– the dial on 6 seems not to work. Once it was moved to 7, salads and sandwiches in the refrigerator froze and had to be thrown out. However, the room was very cleaned upon arrival. Receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Amazing suite with couples hot tub and fireplace. For A price normal couples can afford. We deserve to be spoiled as well. The room was huge and beautiful. And it didn’t break the bank. It was a birthday weekend that was perfect !
