Overall, my stay was average to good. The breakfast was very good, and the staff running it were courteous and attentive. Housekeeping staff were also polite, and the room was clean and well-equipped for my needs. That said, there were a few drawbacks. My room had a noticeable smoke odor when I first entered, despite the property’s no-smoking policy—perhaps lingering in the carpet. The ironing board and curtains had some stains, and the in-room coffee setup only included decaf, with disposable trays that didn’t quite fit the machine. I requested a late checkout and was told 11:30 would be fine, but then received a call at 11 asking if I was leaving. Likely a miscommunication, but the front desk staff member I spoke with about this was less hospitable than the otherwise excellent employees throughout the hotel. The strongest value for me was the location.

Overall good stay. Clean although older property. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only bad thing is they have the hardest mattress on earth. I had to go buy a pillow top mattress cover and then only got some sleep

Beds are hard as bricks...

The first night we got a great night sleep due to being so tired. The pool was not heated but we and along with another gentleman complained and they had it fixed the next day. Breakfast was excellent! Customer service was wonderful as well. The 2nd night we didn't sleep as well. The beds were hard as bricks. They are Serta mattresses and we are use to sleeping on a Sealy mattresses. We would come back here again.

Very clean. Had a gym and indoor pool. My refrigerator did not have a freezer, but I am not sure if all rooms are the same. I would definitely stay again.

The overall property was nice. It was not dirty but it was not clean. The pool deck was warm but the water was freezing. The staff was not very friendly and they didn’t seem to know where anything was. We got a room with a sofa bed and the only thing we had for the bed was a flat sheet. I went downstairs to get sheets, blanket and a pillow bc the phone didn’t work to call down. She said they didn’t have any pillows and then left to go to the basement to get the other things. She gave me two fitted sheets and a mattress cover, neither was folded just in a lump. I told her I thought just by looking the “blanket” that it was a mattress cover and she told me it was a blanket, I questioned it again and she said it was fine. We worked with what we got. There were also two rooms on our floor that the doors were fully propped open when we arrived. I told the front desk and she said oh they checked out early bc the pool deck was too hot and she said she would take care of it. The rooms were still wide open the next day but stuff and been moved around.
