Overall it was a good stay. It was very clean and the staff friendly. Lots of free parking and plenty of choices for food very close. The breakfast however was continental with very little seating so we didn’t end up eating there. Great location for a quick one night stay.

After an early start to my travel day, I arrived in Bonnyville before 11am, and wanted to check in early as I had some family commitments right away, and would not be able to check in till late in the day. They normally charge for early checkins, but allowed me to check in and get ready for my family event without the extra charges. The staff was amazing and extra friendly the whole weekend. Hats off to the staff. Great place to stay when in the area.

Beds were really comfortable. Waterslide was fun. Did not enjoy having housekeeping only every three days, as we ran out of paper products and towels piled up. Sink in our kitchenette was dirty when we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful.

What I liked: honoured my service dog in not just a pet room, great mattress, nice bedding/comforter, nice size smart tv, window seat, friendly staff, and VIP Parking for Platinum/Diamond guests. What I didn’t like: the only things were is the rooms are small and housekeeping staff don’t recognize you when passing in the halls, or exiting the elevator (even after saying hello)
