Filled with antiques, vintage and original art, the apartment is ideal for a single or couple. The Large windows and 8’ ceiling give the feeling of space and light.
The apartment has all amenities including
Washer/Dryer, Wifi, all cooking utensils, dishes, linens etc. No dishwasher or TV This space is especially perfect for artists, writers, anyone wanting to experience rural Bonavista living at it’s finest. The studio is directly connected to the apartment. It is 12’ x16’ and has running water. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and PLEASE NOTE!!!, maximum initial rental contract is 90days.
