Data breach

It was a nightmare! They swapped my name and room number with a couple three doors down, including the credit info. Do not trust them. Left back to CA and even though I left there supposedly with everything straightened out I’m still dealing with their screw up.

Best hotel experience

Beautiful, spacious rooms. So clean and smelled brand new. Large bathroom and shower. Staff was very helpful. Good options for free breakfast. My family had fun enjoying the pool and hot tub. Several restaurants and department stores near by. The hotel provided a barbecue out front near there fire place sitting area. They also have us the tools and seasonings to BBQ our steaks. A nice change from fast food on our long drive up here. Would definitely stay again.
