The breakfast menu was not fresh and did not offer nutritional items. The hot tub was not hot, it was lukewarm at best. I was unable to break a $100 bill due to the front desk not having much cash on hand. I didn't have hot water for showering the first two nights of our stay (the water was barely even warm). The coffee bar containers were empty the majority of the time (i.e. half-n-half, decaf coffee, 2% milk, hot water for tea & hot chocolate). I will say that the staff was always friendly & accomodating.

This was such a nice hotel! We could even smell the new paint and wood smell of how new and nice it is. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen and closet and just one of the nicest, newest feeling stays I’ve had.

The hotel is nice and has great amenities. The housekeeping service is practically nonexistent. We requested service 3 times but was not provided until the 4th day of our stay. The housekeeping schedule needs a lot of improvement.
