The room was clean and comfortable. The description of amenities on the website needs to be updated because it stated that there is coffee in the room and there were only cups with coffee lids. Also the breakfast room didn't have milk available for cereal and had a dispenser for both orange juice and apple juice but there wasn't any orange juice available. I was not comfortable availing myself of the benefits provided. An employee was standing by to assist but only stated that certain items weren't available.

Rooms were dirty, front desk acts like it's world war 3 if you make them go out of their way at all. Had to track down towels , if you ask for anything they look at you like you ruined their whole day My husband was up all night itching because of the sheets. The pictures you had make it look nicer. Room was small, air condioner was soooo loud we couldnt sleep, but you had to have it on. Dog barked next room over off and all all night. A true dissapointment for a Best Western.

I stayed for 7 nights. At first, I was surprised that my room did look like the online pictures! The room did need a DEEP clean for sure. I didn’t have or get any soap for the bathroom or the shower. The refrigerator froze ALL my food & even after maintenance “Fixed” it, still way to cold. I never received any house keeping either. No coffee maker in my room either. Staff seemed “Miserable”. And, don’t get me started with the Manager!!! I would NOT recommend &/or stay there again!

Multilevel nightmare

Hotel has gone downhill since staying there in 2024, biggest problem is the multilevel layout, must drag bags up or down stairs regardless of floor assigned. Elevators are distant from parking area. Very poor dedign

Staff was friendly. Our shower was dirty, chair had stains, bathroom only had one little bar of soap for sink and shower. Pool area was very dirty. TV was outdated and small. Breakfast was minimal.
