The pictures you had make it look nicer. Room was small, air condioner was soooo loud we couldnt sleep, but you had to have it on. Dog barked next room over off and all all night. A true dissapointment for a Best Western.

I stayed for 7 nights. At first, I was surprised that my room did look like the online pictures! The room did need a DEEP clean for sure. I didn’t have or get any soap for the bathroom or the shower. The refrigerator froze ALL my food & even after maintenance “Fixed” it, still way to cold. I never received any house keeping either. No coffee maker in my room either. Staff seemed “Miserable”. And, don’t get me started with the Manager!!! I would NOT recommend &/or stay there again!

Multilevel nightmare

Hotel has gone downhill since staying there in 2024, biggest problem is the multilevel layout, must drag bags up or down stairs regardless of floor assigned. Elevators are distant from parking area. Very poor dedign
