Apartment is on 3rd floor (stairs only - no elevator). Fireplace is non functional. This unit does not have a washer/dryer. Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pet must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.

Apartment living in the North End

This 3rd floor apartment was very nice. Walkable to downtown Boise, across street from the fabulous Boise Co-Op and walkable to 13th St- the Hyde Park main street with shops and restaurants.
