Our first stay at Simple Suites Boise Airport was completely unexpected… our car broke down, and this hotel became an unplanned stop. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a genuinely positive experience thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, which meant a lot given the circumstances. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and reliable—exactly what you hope for when travel plans don’t go as expected. Because of that first experience, we’ve now stayed two additional times, and the consistency has been impressive. Each visit, the staff has been just as amazing as the first—friendly, professional, and welcoming. Simple Suites has earned our trust. It’s clean, dependable, and staffed by people who truly care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay near the airport.
