We really enjoyed this place. The location is dynamite, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-outfitted. The place is tastefully decorated and it has a nice ambiance/decor blend. We really liked the Bown Crossing district (nearby) and the park/greenbelt right out the door. The kitchen island is really nice (and large) and we liked that especially along with the comfortable sofa. Simply put, a great spot and great hosts.

This house was perfect for our needs! We were in town to visit family that doesn't have a place to host us so being able to have a house to gather in was important. There was plenty of room for us to cook, play games, and watch football. The teens enjoyed the close proximity to the park and trail. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The townhouse was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and it was very quiet. Communications with the owner were great. We loved the proximity to the river for fishing and rafting, and the garage for storing our gear. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Nice Quiet Condo with Basic Amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quiet complex, and we enjoyed walking along the river and accessing Bown Crossing. Compared to other rentals, this condo had very basic amenities. We would have liked to have a full-sized ironing board and other kitchen amenities (Ziplock bags, plastic wrap, etc.).

Great stay-

Enjoyed our stay. Great communication. We rented for a month to spend time with family. Would definitely stay again, but the sofa was not comfortable to sit on at all- only reason for 4 stars- Ended up staying at my daughters a lot of the time.
