There were other people in a room adjacent to ours that were playing music and loud all night long! We contacted the front desk 3 times and each time the people would be quiet for about 5 minutes, then go right back to being loud! The first time we called was about midnight, the second time was approx. 3 am and the 3rd time was about 4am. I will never stay at this location ever again!!

Room was spotless. Amenities and breakfast were great. We had nearby rooms on our floor where the people were extra loud so getting to sleep was going to be a problem. The hotel addressed the noise issue immediately which was greatly appreciated.

The room was great, clean and a nice size. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. I am gluten free, so I took my own bread to toast in the morning. My biggest complaint was that I was on the even side of the building, and at 6:40 am on Thursday, the building next door had three people with leaf blowers that woke me up. I was there for a holiday, so it was very annoying to be woke up like that when you are looking forward to a bit of a lay in. However, I had to leave early due to a family emergency, and staff could have been kinder or nicer. My brother didn't hear the leaf blowers on the other side of the building in an odd numbered room.
