It was great all except one of the greeters working the desk. Zack or Zach was awesome. But the lady before him must have been tired or something cause she was a bit confused as to why we were there?

Front desk and valets were good, very friendly. Cleaning staff not so good. Two nights the shower was not cleaned (and I left a gratuity every day). Used coffee cups were not replaced or cleaned, left in sink for entire stay.

Great Location

The property is in a great location downtown. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. We had a room with two beds and listed 3 people on the reservation, however the room only had two bath towels, which makes no sense. It is inconvenient to have to call and ask for additional towels every day. The pillows were very hard and overstuffed.

The hotel was located near shops and a lot of little restaurants and coffee shops, and an arena. It was easy to get around on foot and I did not need a car. When I did need to go a little further I called and Uber and that wasa very quick and cheap option. The room was very clean and quiet.
