The breakfast menu was nice, plenty of options. There is NO hot tub. That was very frustrating to find out when we only got ready for that and walked in to see no hot tub. Who doesn't have one?

Check in was ok, but they failed to explain parking, breakfast times and hotel amenities or check out times upon our initial check in. Rooms were outdated and smaller than expected. Breakfast was good, went to the front to ask questions and stood there for 5 minutes waiting while a staff member was goofing around joking with another staff member behind the wall not paying any attention to us waiting. We have stayed at multiple other hotels downtown with better experiences.
