The front desk staff was great - friendly, responsive and the check in process was efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that our room was cleaned and beds made after just one night. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. There was no fresh fruit, no butter, no eggs - either hot or hard boiled. Essentially no protein. The coffee was cold and then it ran out and I had to ask for it to be replaced. And there was no water, only juice. There were two bottles of water in the room so that was nice.

Staff were nice which was the only good thing about the stay. Hot tub and pool were broken. Hot water in room didnt work. Tiles in bathroom were extremely loose and breaking. Had to cover with a towel so we didnt cut our feet.

Excellent stay. Room and hotel very clean. Breakfast in the morning was way better than expected and the staff were all on point.. organized, friendly, helpful. We travelled with a child and originally booked a suite room we thought had a separate living area (for our daughter to sleep) but it was only a single room with a jacuzzi tube, but the staff helped us upgrade to the room we wanted. The hot tubs were broken but the pool was warm and clean. Very good stay! Thank you Expedia and Country Inn!!
