✅ VERIFY IDENTITY
All bookings require the primary guest to provide a valid photo ID before access codes are released.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT
A signed vacation rental agreement is required after booking.

💵 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $300 refundable deposit is required for short-term stays and will be pre-authorized on a credit card of your choice after booking. Most deposits are fully refunded within 48 hours of checkout.

📞 COMMUNICATION
Guests must communicate promptly with the host and manager, including updates on:

• Reservation changes (e.g. number of guests, early/late check-in/out)
• Damages or maintenance needs
• Intentions for home use or visitors
• Bringing pets onto the property (including visits)
• Lack of communication may result in reservation cancellation.

📹 SECURITY
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including at the front door entrance. These are active and recording for guest and property safety. Tampering with or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Advertised nightly rates are based on a total occupancy of 1-4 guests. Please make reservations for the total number of guests occupying the home. Additional guests after booking may be charged $10 per guest, per night, for each guest after 4, up to the maximum number of guests allowed per property.

Stays of 28+ days may require a larger deposit. Please inquire before booking.

🐶 PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation and eviction without refund.

🧹 MID-STAY CLEANINGS
For stays over 21 days, a required mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled at your convenience. An additional cleaning fee of $79 will be collected on the day of service.
