The property is clean but a bit dated, which for the price is totally fine. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed, but the heat/ac unit in the room was very loud. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep because it kept kicking on and making a racket. Room 216, that thing needs servicing. We were just there for a night, leaving very early and it wasn't hot out so we just turned it off because we didn't want the hassle of switching rooms. If it were warm outside it would have been a different story. Anyway, the pool and hot tub looked nice. We didn't use them, but everything seemed clean. Just a bit worn and dated. Like I said, the price was right for a quick stop.

Adequate and clean; good location

Everything was clean and well maintained. They provided water on request without additional charges. The shower and bathroom was clean and spacious. The bedroom was also very clean. The pool area smells like chlorine, so if that bothers you, I'd stay away from there.

There was a double booking issue (Expedia mistakenly did two different bookings) the front desk was so helpful! And understood and is refunding the second prepayment. Great staff and the remodel is beautiful! The quietest Best Western I've ever stayed at! I will definitely stay again if I pass through there again! Will stau again

Loved the exceptionally friendly staff. Was thrilled they allowed 24-hour access to the pool, spa and fitness center. So pleasant to have staff members that genuinely wanted to make my stay as stress free and comfortable as possible! Wasn't fond of the time that breakfast ended...the beds were so very comfortable that I overslept!! However, their staff was accommodating by grabbing a few breakfast items from the back that were left over during its disassembly, even after I headed downstairs @9 just to grab coffee after missing my alarm. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby and entryway commons

This was an adequate hotel at a great price, safe and quiet. But… refrigerator was warm, shower didn’t drain, and at check-in staff seemed overworked and unhappy. Not deal-breakers, for sure, at the price, but just not quite up to great standards.
