Great place!

after having my originally vrbo property cancel last minute I booked this property the day before I had to come out to stay. I really appreciate the promptness in response to my booking & how the property manager answered all my questions to make sure I would have access to the house upon arrival. Overall had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Cute Little House

The place was clean and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Property mamagement has great communication. We noticed the sprinklers weren't fully shutting off creating a swamp in the yard. I notified property managemwnt and they sent someone right out to fix it. We had 6 people in oir party and did not run out of hot water.

Both cooking pans nylon bad condition easy to burn food; they were not clean (small food particles burnt in pan). Carpet needs to be cleaned. Bathroom is in bad shape; otherwise the neighbor next door friendly and easy to talk to. We will not come back to this location.

Great location-welcoming accommodation

We stayed here while dropping our son off at NNU. This house was the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood close to campus and restaurants. So clean and inviting was very comfortable beds. This would absolutely be my choice again when we are back in town.

Wonderful Place

A small comfortable home away from home for our family to gather. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just a few blocks away. It was just what we needed in Nampa.

Family vacation

Loved the property location. Close to downtown and easy to get to the freeway. The neighborhood was quiet. There is alot to see and do in the area.
