Our apartment is a cozy and charming place that combines a vintage atmosphere with modern comfort. The apartment has two private rooms connected by a corridor full of natural light. Each room has its own bathroom and closets for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor (WITH NO ELEVATOR), upon entering the apartment you will find a long, very picturesque private corridor and two doors to enter the rooms. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and kitchen utensils), private bathroom, TV, safe, closet, and a beautiful dining room.

The second room is very spacious, it has a mini refrigerator, private bathroom, TV, heating, closet, and safe.

In the heart of Bogota's historic capital and just a stone's throw away from all the tourist attractions around La Candelaria, the emblematic Casa Avenida Jiménez grants all of our guests easy access to the city's museums, churches, theaters, bars, and restaurants.

As of last year the Colombian government requires hosts to fill out certain information about the guests that they're hosting in their apartments, taking this into account we, as responsible hosts that follow the law, will require that our guests provide certain information to make sure we can comply with this requirement such as: full names, ID's, travel motive, etc.

There are some constructions nearby, they're paving the avenue and they usually only work during the day, so at night the noise shouldn't be a problem
