noisy young guests partying in the hall in the 4th floor on my room door screaming yelling etc hotel staff did not take seriously it was a group of around 15 people who even started to bullying me after told them to lower their voices this happened the two nights i stayed there scared and dissaponted without being able to work or rest

Excellent Stay at Sonesta Hotel Bogotá! I had a fantastic experience at the Sonesta Hotel Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable — with great attention to detail. The location is ideal, right across from a shopping center and close to great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. I also appreciated how safe and quiet the area felt, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Overall, an outstanding hotel that combines comfort, quality, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Bogotá!

The hotel is in a great location. Its within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Our room was really nice and cozy, just big enough for the 2 of us to share. The breakfast was amazing they had a wide variety of fods to choose from. The staff was very nice and accommodating helpful. If you ever visit Bogota I would definately recommend Sonesta Hotel.
