Very nice and great hotel. It is very close to the Airport in Bogota with shuttles every 30 mins. Very convenient if you are traveling in ir out of Bogota. Very clean, food ( room revise) is great in addition they have a restaurant and bar in the first floor. Customer service is excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. One disappointment was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. This should be provided as standard - especially in a hotel where many guests are likely to be travelers coming off long-haul flights.
