Pésimo manejo de situaciones y atención al cliente. Ante un supuesto reporte por ruido en la madrugada, la respuesta del establecimiento fue cortar el suministro eléctrico de la habitación de manera arbitraria, en lugar de seguir un protocolo profesional o comunicarse formalmente. Para colmo, la comunicación telefónica es deficiente cuando se busca aclarar lo sucedido. Una forma totalmente inaceptable de gestionar un problema.
