Me tenían que mandar las instrucciones de ingreso 24h antes, no lo hicieron. En el mismo día, los contacté (por telefono y whatsapp) y no contestaron, dejándo sin alojamiento en la noche. El servicio al cliente de Hotels.com me ayudó a reservar otro hotel cerca, sin costo, las 23:00...
