The check in was very slow, we had to pay an additional 20% tax which is absurdly high. The "suite" came out to $200 USD a night and was poorly equipped, dated and with many malfunctioning items. The shower was poorly installed and didn't work as intended. No hot tea kettle in the room. Some light switches were installed BEHIND furniture, morons. The worst part was the terribly uncomfortable pillows. They were hard, cheap pillows. They changed them and still could not provide hotel-grade nice pillows. Overpriced.

I was just surprised that everything like a replacement tooth brush was NOT free. For with a nice facility, EVERYTHING had a cost. I wasn’t expecting free but a the ‘tooth brush’ took me for a loop BUT the staff and experience de was excellent overall
