Cuando llegué apenas estaban limpiando el cuarto el hotel no tiene nada, no tenía WiFi. El cuarto no tenía refrigerator, cafetera nada. Ni acceso para pedir comida al cuarto. El baño solo tiene Jabon.

Cuando hacea la reserva dice include el breakfast. Cuando ya estas en el hotel cobran tarifas extra por el breakfast. Se pagaron 80 dolares de impuestos al momento de hacer la reservacion . Y al hacer check out , querian cobrar mas impuestos . Never again

Despite the recent management change and minor repairs due to external factors (such as an earthquake and heavy rain), our stay at Hotel Sport Plaza was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room kept a pleasant temperature, even during the cold nights. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, a very positive experience.
