The last day the government declared curfew due to violent riots, for that reason I had to sleep at the airport or I would lose my flight, so I asked them for my last night to be refunded, I mean, It was not my fault that Bogota was in this caos, but they refused to return any monies. Very disappointed!

The hotel was nothing like in the pictures. It was dirty and weird men coming in and out. It looked like I was the only woman staying there. It was not pleasant. Picture fooled me.

Nice Facility, Disappointing service, Charged more

Facility was modern, clean and nicely appointed and a good price. However, - waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle and had to call 3 times. It was a bus that took a number of people to various hotels. - Asked for the wireless password and gave me 2 different ones, neither of which worked. - The Expedia site says that taxes are included and also that only Colombians would be charged IVA (16%). Yet hotel ignored that after being told and still charged it on top of the quoted price. Told me to get the IVA refunded at the airport. - No hot water. They had turned it off. - Shuttle in the morning was late and they had to call a cab. The staff was not at all service oriented. Was busy on the phone and doing their accounting instead of paying attention to customers. Ignored being told what had been advertised on Expedia. When told about no hot water, immediately made excuses and never apologized. Never said thank you, good bye or anything.

Very nice price, but there's a fee wich just appears once you try to pay, they charge you with 10 to 15 USD, also the transportation has to be arranged in a clear way since they outsource the ride after 10 pm, we ended paying 13 USD for a cab.

Realmente el hotel no lo recomiendo, aunque se veía limpio las paredes no lo estaban, los tendidos de las camas se veían muy viejos, la única toalla muy pequeña. Las dos noches que me hospede no pude dormir, había demasiados ruido en los pasillos es muy pequeño y todo se escucha.

Experiencia habitación 203 Montecarlo.

Limpieza fue buena, atención buena, agua caliente bien, buena ubicación de la ciudad el único arreglo que deberían pronto hacer es el de la puerta rota de acceso al baño, ya que no da buena apariencia a la habitación y se necesita separar ambientes de habitación y baño

Lo dejaron acabar sin darle mantenimiento

La recepcionista muy amable y servicial, el hotel está acabado, los muebles rotos, las sábanas roídas, las toallas despelucadas y trasparentes del desgaste, la cabina de la ducha quebrada, el agua no calienta, en general muy mal estado pero limpio. Si tiene forma pague algo mejor.

Nos quedamos en una habitación la cual no cuenta con ventilación, ni siquiera aire acondicionado o ventilador tenía. El desayuno no fue para nada completo. El lugar está ubicado en un buen sitio.
