Room was in good condition, and the staff were professional and friendly, but the check in process was incredibly long. Every group took at least 10 minutes to check in, and often longer. Many stood in line for 45 minutes or more. This occurred on both of our layover stays here. The buffet quality was acceptable, but the staff were rather disorganized and did not serve us well on the return trip. We were an annoyance to them. It was strange.

Things were ok but there is no mini bar in the room and no complimentary water. There are no vending machines for something to drink The only to get something to drink is to go to the restaurant where it takes 15 minutes to get a Coke and you pay 4 times the amount of money. The give a warm bottle and a glass of ice. It's more than an inconvenience Bring a large bottle of water and have them bring you ice everytime you need it.
