Bus driver: excellent, very helpful. Front desk: just the opposite, not friendly, not helpful, called them twice, waited 10 min each time n didn’t answer. The room door didn’t lock properly, had no toilet paper n one towel was dirty. Definitely would not recommend. Only positive was a very good breakfast with good variety

El hotel es mucho mejor de lo que esperaba! El desayuno espectacular! El servicio de 24 horas al aereopuerto es mucho mejor ya que otras cadenas hoteleras lo tienen limitado. Muchas Gracias! Room was extremely noisy. Ground level , party seems to have been going on . I had sent a message to the hotel before arrival and never responded. Shuttle bus left even we said we were going on it and had to order uber , extremely inconvenient. We stayed in the prime but did not make a difference with the other . Extremely disappointed .

El hotel es bueno, pero el servicio al cliente por parte del staff es bastante básico. En el restaurante, lamentablemente, los meseros no conocen bien el menú y la atención resulta poco cordial. No hay seguimiento para verificar si el cliente necesita algo más o si todo está bien con el servicio. En general, la experiencia es básica, por lo que la propina también refleja ese nivel de atención, especialmente considerando que los precios de la comida ya son elevados.
