If I’m taking the time to write a review, it means I’ve had a terrible experience. Here are just some of the issues that happened: At 7:30-8am every morning they come in your room shining flashlights wanting to see if you drank any of their cheap drinks in the refrigerator, which I did not. Secondly, their walls are paper thin when it comes to sound: I could hear the people next door running around, the trees rubbing the exterior of the building and the cars in the street as if the windows were open. When asking the housekeeper to clean the room in Spanish, she agreed and then never came to clean it. Lastly, when trying to check out, they tried to double charge me for room service that I had ordered during my stay.. when I was specifically told that I must pay for my orders when they arrive, which I did. The only positive is that it’s right across the street from the airport, so you shouldn’t be late to your flight. I’ve been to Bogota twice and travel often; but I won’t ever come back to this hotel again.. Enter at your own risk-
