I stayed here because it was close to the festival ground. It was easy to access downtown and tourist areas via taxi 10 - 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and always available 24/7. There was a laundromat 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Small food shops and stall around the neighbourhood.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, especially for the price. The staff was fantastic, everyone was helpful, supportive, and very respectful. The hotel was consistently clean, and the location was extremely convenient. The food was delicious! Mrs. Margot, the cook, truly pampered me by carefully maintaining my diet just the way I needed it. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and attention. My stay was very relaxing and peaceful. I found everything I needed just steps away from the hotel, a small convenience store next door that had anything you might need (thank you, Mrs. Mary!), a laundry place two blocks away (thank you, Mrs. Susan!), a drugstore nearby, as well as many restaurants and activities within walking distance. There was also great access to transportation and banks. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay!

La habitación no tenia ni papel higiénico ni toallas, la puerta del baño no cerraba y el marco se estaba cayendo, las llaves en la ducha se salían y caían cuando se usaban, el pomo de la ducha estaba suelto, lu único rescatable del hotel fue el buen servicio de los recepcionistas.

El televisor ni cable funcionan, Me dieron un precio en la reserva fuera de impuesto y al final me cobraron más de lo que habían dicho. Salí temprano hacer unas vueltas y cuando regrese alas 10 am. Habían hecho el Chekout y había alguien en mi habitación , no respetaron la hora de Chekout. El Chekout está supuesto a ser alas 12pm. Pedí hablar con un manager y nunca respondieron ni tampoco vino a verme.
