The toaster doesn’t toast bread, just make noise but doesn’t actually toast. We let the restaurant know and she said she will have t fix. We stayed for two plus weeks and the toaster was not repaired or replaced. The sidewalks near the property are in bad shape, not safe to walk. The staff that helped with the luggage was professional. The gym has machines in good working condition. Cleaning personnel does a good job.

The check in staff was extremely rude. We came as a group and or rooms were not ready, which was fine since we got in at 11 am. I was going to ask about extending a few more days. All i could get in was -hola- and she abruptly shouted back "NOT NOW' . Wow! Must have been a bad day for her. But no need to take it out on the guests! Later the other reception staff was much more helpful ana polite. He was indeed more professional! And also the room with city view... well... there no view.. Just the neighbors roof top.

Terrible check-in experience. Did not have my reservation, room was not ready, did not have the complimentary wine, I had to go ask for it the next night, food from the restaurant was not good. In two occasions, I arrived after my day was over, and as I was coming to the elevator a bell boy was intensely asking me what room was I staying in… like if I was trying to sneak in or doing something wrong. John fue quien nos recibió en recepción, respondió todas nuestras preguntas con amabilidad es eficiente y cordial. Tuvimos tres estadías en habitaciones 607, 402 y 210. Reportamos a la coordinadora del desayuno que la tostadora no está tostando y durante 3 semanas no cambiaron la tostadora a pesar de que saben que no funciona. Es un precio justo para el servicio que ofrecen. Los huéspedes apreciarían muchísimo que mejoraran la calidad de las toallas. El tejido de las toallas es muy brusco y viejo. La presión de agua en los pisos superiores no es constante. Si alguien usa el agua en el cuarto de enseguida esto afecta la presión del agua y la temperatura. El personal en general tiene actitud positiva y de servicio. Por favor pongan toallas de calidad en las habitaciones.

Very comfortable beds, large room, huge bathroom with additional hand held shower not the usual rainfall that gets your hair wet, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, loccitaine amenities--lovely, good location, quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay there.

Great hotel location. Breakfast foods were often cold or Luke warm at best. Items were often empty. And slow to refill. I often had to get my own coffee. The rooms were nice, clean and efficient. The front staff were helpful given my limited Spanish. We were able to communicate.

I can’t open the slide door in the shower, my husband got help and they won’t change the room for us till tomorrow and then my husband got show, but the shower door weren’t uneven, our bathroom got flooded. Next tomorrow we asked to changed room, and we needs to moved our stuff, all the keys weren’t working, we were up and down to front desk over 4 times to get keys that worked for both rooms and to completed our move. I did asked for our inconveniences, we will get upgraded our room, and the answer was NO. They don’t care at all. I won’t return to his hotel.

Excellent hotel. Stayed two nights as a family with two double rooms. Breakfast was good. Gym did the job. Sushi restaurant on top floor was excellent! Overall this was superb value for money. I would recommend.
