The room was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful. The bathrooms could benefit from some sprucing up, some of the tiles are missing a bit of grout but everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices

We had to change room just before midnight due to a roof leak into our room after a heavy rainstorm. Although we made the move, I expected the staff to be much more proactive, particularly since we had to get out of bed just before midnight, pack our scattered belongings and move to a new room. There was a lack of any real compassion expressed , which surprised me. I expected more. It didn’t seem to bother them that we had been terribly inconvenienced.

This was our third stay here, and the decline was deeply disappointing. Ongoing loud construction directly above our room occurred daily without disclosure until they denied early departure due to family sickness. We experienced multiple power outages (including an overnight outage), a water outage, and poor communication. The A/C filter was visibly dirty despite prior requests, raising air-quality concerns. Housekeeping repeatedly removed our room keys. Bathroom condition and maintenance were substandard, and checkout staff were not very helpful and limited ability to speak fluently. They did upgrade our room after significant concerns and back and forth with was slightly improved, but the shower barely had pressure and window blinds didn't work correctly. The breakfast staff and security were great though. Operationally this hotel needs additional training and revamping to get back to standards, and refocus on customer service. Even the expedia staff through escalation had difficult reaching and communicating with the property.

I dinned twice dinner first evening and breakfast next morning. My steak was not prepared as I had requested. When they tried to make it better it just ruins the dish. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to brag about. Fresh fruits but not much variety of exotic fruited which is what those of us traveling from other countries look for. The room was very spacious and clean and important to mention, with A/C. Everything was there for a restful night. Shower head can be updated. I had a massage at the “spa” definitely not a spa but a small room for the massage. It was good specially because I so much needed it. But it was not great. Price was ok for 1 hr massage. Valeria did a good job. Front desk staff and driver were all very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again but would probably eat out instead of hotel.
