Inattentive management, bad smell, and cold.

We had to check out early, after 2 nights out of 7 because the smell was so bad and it was so cold. We tried looking for other rooms but the entire hotel was the same. I contacted Hotels.com for support, but neither myself or Hotels.com were able to reach the hotel for a refund for the remaining nights.

I really didn't like this property at all. The rooms were not updated and had dirty carpeting. The TV was not working in about 4 rooms that they were going to put me in after having issues with the light bulb flickering constantly in the 1st room assigned to me. There wasn't much of a breakfast. There was no mini fridge in the room or any other room because it was driving the electricity bill up. In other words they have the hotel operating at a bare minimum just to get the money from people that rent a room there, but they don't want to fix and update the rooms. Then why have a hotel? This hotel should be closed down.

No lo recomiendo!

Muy mal. He usado esta app miles de veces durante varios años en muchos paises de mundo, incluyendo Colombia y como siempre mi pago es con tarjeta porque no uso efectivo casi para nada, pero al llegar la recepcionista impuso el cobro de un extra correspondiente a un supuesto impuesto que no había escuchado jamáz, y que tenía que hacerse en efectivo, al reclamar que por qué el motivo y por qué en efectivo, sólo respondía mis objeciones con una actitud tóxica, negligente e incompetente. Eran las 3 am y estabamos muy cansados como para discutir, e hicimos el pago del supuesto impuesto con efectiivo que milagrasamente encontramos. Pero mi pregunta es? que hubiera pasado si yo no hubiera tenido efectivo en ese momento?, por qué al ser un cobro "legal" no lo cargaban a la tarifa final que se paga por la app?. FRAUDE. Además un hotel feo, muy viejo y mal mantenido. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA.
