Very Disappointing Stay Our experience here was really disappointing. The amenities were very limited, and even though the room was cleaned, the dirty towels we left on the floor weren’t replaced. The shower water came out brown and took several minutes to clear. The “courtesy coffee” was only offered the first night, and after breakfast we came out smelling like food because there’s no proper ventilation. The coffee itself came from a machine and wasn’t good. The pillows had an odor, and our room faced a main avenue where the traffic noise never stopped. There’s no ice machine or anywhere in the hotel to get ice. I had high expectations for this hotel, but my experience was far from pleasant. For the price, I expected much better service. Definitely not a pleasant stay and wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast great, ladies from the kitchen prepare eggs and omelets on demand and they were very kind and helpful, front desk nice, only bad issue was my room was oriented to the 7th Avenue and early morning the traffic noise was loud, next time I will ask for a room not oriented to the Avenue
