Initially was given a disabled room which whilst large was not suitable - bathroom had no shelving space and the water filled the room. There was a large gap in the door so you could see inside from the corridor. Second room was much better. But noisy clubs and bars nearby made it difficult to sleep and the windows don't close properly. The breakfast selection was very good and service from the staff excellent.

-Room was kind of dirty -The bed mattresses were practically only wood - There is no AC. -The quality if the rooms overall were pretty low(very thin glass) so a lot of noise passes through -morning breakfast is average but they have some friendly and attending personnel at the food section. If you are looking to just stay for a day and not really use the room - ideal for the price i guess 👍 If you'd like a more leisure and convenient place for a little more money ($USD) highly recommend Dan Carlton 👌 Good luck!

Room was neglected, this ain’t a hotel it’s more like a motel. We did complain directly to the hotel management and left that same day to another property in Bogota. The manager offered another room but I wouldn’t have stayed here with mi kids even if it was for free. The reviews mentioned a great breakfast that wasn’t bad at all, but the room was just terrible. NOT AS ADVERTISED AT ALL…. Pretty dissatisfied and disappointed 😔
