Staff gave a lot of poor directions when asked for assistance. The floor of my room was peeling from previous water damage. Could not get the jets to work on the hot tub. Internet WiFi was unreliable. Breakfast was the same thing day after day and very limited. I saw no dinner available as listed on the webpage. They will lock your reservations so that no changes can be made and you must stay for the duration of your initial stay. Staff would not even give their name to a Expedia staff when asked. I have a 3-night voucher that I would love to sell to anyone who is interested.

Nuestra habitacion contaba con balcòn que daba hacia una calle con semáforo la cual la hacia ruidosa. El staff siempre fue muy amable. La limpieza era buena dependiendo de quien la diera,pues cada empleada limpiaba diferente. Lamentablemente nuestra habitacion no contaba con hot tub pero el baño era bastante comódo.

2nd stay. Booked before and after another stay at a different hotel outside the city. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff were pleasant and prompt. Had to have my room safe reset. Did not realize I had to pay more to have a couch or chair in my room. Towels were pretty ragged. Noisy area with poor views. No parking.

My experience was really good, everything is very neat and clean. People are extremely nice! And very accommodating. The daily breakfast is really good and very Colombian. They will make your eggs per request. I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure!
