The room we stayed is was on the 2nd floor right above the reception desk. A narrow metal stairway is what you took to get there. Because everything was cement or tile every conversation and noise, especially when anyone walked on those stairs, echoed loudly. The vinyl mattress covers made sleeping even more difficult. The rooms were tiny

Fantastic and friendly staff. 10-15 min walk to the zona t. Quiet, nice and safe area. Great value for the price. Spacious comfy room. I be back for sure!!!!

The staff is very nice. The place is well located and reasonable price. The room on the other hand wasnt even close to the one they have on the pictures. The beds weren’t very confortable and the room was small for a 3 adult reservation. Bottomline, you get what you pay.

Good hotel at a great price.

Good hotel for a quick stop in Bogota. The hotel is a bit outdated yet comfortable and clean. Crentral location and tons of restaurants and bars in the area.

Pictures deceptive, breakfast off-site.

Staff helped me check in but the first room had an inoperable mini fridge, one of the main draws for my selection. In addition, a window wouldn't close properly. The shower had no hot water. The flat screen television is CRT. I asked the front desk for assistance and was allowed to choose from other vacant rooms. Breakfast was included in my rate, however you need a voucher from the front desk and then go to another nearby hotel to use it.

Hotel Siar - No Go!!

13 prepaid days, no refund offered after I realized (one day) how awful it was. I was there for business, WIFI is 100% required for work, not much got done here. The staff are awesome, the location is good, the rooms are not so good. Old dirt and stains on the carpet. Just terrible. No hot water for 2 days.

Good for a night or two.

Great place for a couple days but the street noise can be a little over the top. Extremely clean. Staff polite. We are limited in our Spanish so had a bit of trouble speaking with them but did ok.

Inconformidad

Falta aseo en las baterías sanitarias,encontramos el baño sucio,sábanas manchadas al igual que los edredones,un olor a viejo,húmedo u mohoso en el ambiente de las habitaciones,cuando la reserva nos dieron un precio y luego nos pusieron show en el cobro del IVA y no nos permitían el acceso a las habitaciones si no lo cancelabamos de inmediato. Nos querían cobrar un servicio adicional de lavanderia. Hay que capacitar más en atención al cliente al personal de recepción. En general este hotel eccoin no se lo recomendaría a nadie!
