El hotel es Nuevo y limpio. Pero el servicio de traslado no es gratuito, me parece que ellos deben colocarlo en el perfil antes de que uno haga la reserva / booking . Te Yo estaba de tránsito en Bogotá y aún así me cobraron el IVA. Lo cual me pareció abusivo.
