I cut my stay by two days because the noise lever was unmanageable at night and not being able to sleep. Thursday night I received multiple calls after 2 AM, and Friday night someone was playing a trumpet in the middle of the night. I complained to the hotel staff and nothing was done. I later found out many of the guest complained about the noise levels.
