Small rooms but inexpensive price. Great Staff!

The best part of the stay was the convenience of the Hotel area to transportation. The Transmillenial is only a few blocks away. Many nice smaller restaurants in the area. Only 12,000CP to the airport by taxi. Rooms are small, breakfast was simple. Wonderful pastry shop around the corner. Staff needed to be informed not to charge IVA tax of 17% to non Colombian Residents.

In my reservation was defined that: NO TAXES MUST BE PAID, because these were included in the reservation. I arrived to the hotel and the person in hotel reception ask me to pay 16% additional because taxes. She said that Expedia "has the mistake" of not including taxes in the reservation.

Very decent design for the price but that was easily overshadowed by: thin walls, noise day/night, cold rooms/no heater, everyday scrambled eggs for breakfast. - And on top of that: some of the reception staff were very disappointing and unprofessional (not welcoming and very uninterested). Clearly some of the people were simply hired to "do shifts" and because they need "a" job. They clearly do not understand hospitality. - on 2 different occasions I called reception to complain about noise caused by other guests. The best impression I got was from the: cleaners!!! Not kidding! They kept my room clean everyday, washed my clothes and provided that personal care that was lacking.

Nice new economic hotel

I stayed here twice and its new, modern and very clean with great beds. They have free shuttle to local shopping centers and a airport shuttle for @ $7 US Good location and staff with decent breakfast. Would stay here again.

Mal el servicio del hotel, no llevé la tarjeta y aunque tenia mi cedula y mis datos me exigían la tarjeta fisica para volverme a cobrar una reservación que estaba totalmente pagada, las habitaciones en muy mal estado y muy regulares, que mal servicio, una hora porque me exigian un voucher... No nos gustó la habitación muy pequeña sin closet, toallas de mala calidad, rendidos sucio y estuve enferma y pedí agua caliente a las 10 de la noche y me dijeron que no tenía y en la mañana igual, y vi cómo le negaron a y huésped jamón para su desayuno yo vi cuando lo guardaron, la verdad no lo recomiendo por ese dinero hay mejores

MALA EXPERIENCIA

Muy pésimo el servicio. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tenían siquiera una lámpara de mesa o una silla pequeña. Adicionalmente, el servicio de desayuno muy malo, el personal no tiene buen servicio al cliente y en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación, nos preguntaban a que hora queriamos que nos arreglaran la habitación y saliamos del hotel para que pudieran asearla y para sorpresa, cuando regresabamos no la habían arreglado, ni mucho menos dejaban amenities o realizaban cambio de toallas.
