The staff was extremely courteous and kind. Any issues were addressed immediately and they went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. I had an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable, clean an spacious. The staff is amazingly good, friendly and professional, everyone makes you feel welcome. I can praise enough the restaurant staff, Tatiana and 2 gentlemen working with her, every day they tried their best to offer you whatever they can to make your breakfast experience something extraordinary, I like the fact that part of the breakfast menu was different every day, it's fantastic to enjoy that delicious traditional flavour. The hotel is very well located, I renewed my stayed after the first booking so I stayed for 9 days and I will be back for sure.
